CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. Minute rice
2 c. water
1 lb. frozen or fresh broccoli
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. milk

Grease casserole dish, layer ingredients - rice and water, defrosted broccoli, chunks of chicken breast, cream milk and soups together until smooth. Pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. You can make it without the chicken as a side dish.
