AZTEC DIP 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. taco sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1 bunch green onions, chopped
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. green olives, chopped

Brown beef with onion; drain. Add taco sauce and catsup. Heat through.

Layer in casserole, beef, green onions, olives and cheese. Repeat. Heat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Fritos and top with a dollop of sour cream.
