PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (#2 1/2) can sliced pineapple
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts
1 c. marshmallows, diced or sm.

To pineapple juice, add sugar, flour, salt, and beaten eggs. Cook until it thickens, then add butter and cool. Pour over diced pineapple, walnuts and marshmallows. Bananas may be added, if desired.
