PINAKBET 
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. bagoong sauce
1 c. sauteed pork
3 cloves garlic, smashed
2 slices ginger root
1 med. onion, quartered
1 sm. bundle okra
1 sm. bundle string beans, cut 2 inches long
8 eggplants, cut 3 inches long and slit to the middle
4 bittermelons, cut in halves
1 c. fresh lima beans
5 sili (chili peppers)

Put water in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the bagoong sauce, sauteed pork, garlic, ginger, and onion. Simmer for 5 minutes.
