PINEAPPLE - HONEY RIBS 
2 slabs (5 to 6 lbs.) spareribs, (cracked by butcher for easy serving)
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet, arrange ribs on top and bake for 1 hour. In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Increase the heat to 375 degrees. Baste the ribs with the marinade and bake for another half hour, basting every 10 minutes. Turn ribs over, and continue to bake and baste for half an hour more, until ribs are dark, glazed and fork-tender. Cut ribs apart and serve.
