BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
13 x 9 inch pan
1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
1/3 stick butter
2-3 bananas, sliced thin
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 container Cool Whip
1 c. sliced berries or 1 kiwi, sliced thin

Mix crackers and butter together, press into pan. Refrigerate to set. Mix instant pudding with milk. Fold well drained pineapple into pudding, set aside. Top crackers with sliced bananas, then pudding, Cool Whip and top with the berries or kiwi.
