TACO SALAD 
1 onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 head lettuce, chopped
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 can red beans, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 med. bag tortilla chips
8 oz. Russian dressing

In large bowl, toss onions, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. Brown ground beef, drain. Add taco seasoning. Mix to ground beef, and add beans. Simmer 10 minutes. Cool. Add to salad mixture. Crush tortilla chips and toss entire mixture with Russian dressing or the dressings of your choice. Serves 6. Variation: You may use chopped avocado if desired.
