2 c. cut up turkey or chicken
1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained (4 1/2 oz.)
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
3/4 c. Bisquick (or your own)
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate sprinkle turkey, onion, salt, cheese and mushrooms in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (1 minute with hand beater). Pour over mixture in pie plate.

Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean about 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
