SCALLOPED POTATOES 
12 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
Salt and pepper

Peel and slice potatoes. Slice cheese. Chop onion. In a large casserole dish layer the potatoes, cheese, onion, flour, salt and pepper until gone. Pour can of milk over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for an hour or until the potatoes are done. Serves 6 to 8. Great for company.
