SAUSAGE BREAD 
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. olive oil
1 sm. garlic clove, minced
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
3 oz. thin sliced Provolone
1 lb. frozen turkey sausage, thawed
3 oz. shredded Mozzarella

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and oil in skillet, saute garlic clove for 1 minute. Press dough into a 17x10 inch rectangle. Brush with half of the garlic oil. Arrange Provolone cheese on top.

Brown sausage, drain, and place on Provolone. Sprinkle Mozzarella over sausage. Press down firmly. Roll dough up jelly roll style, then pinch edge to seal and tuck ends under on a nonstick baking sheet. Brush with remaining oil. Bake 30-35 minutes. 16 slices. Serves 8.
