VEGETABLES ON THE BARBECUE 
2 carrots, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
2 med. zucchini, sliced 1 inch thick
1 lg. tomato, cut in eighths
1 tsp. basil, crumbled
Coarse ground pepper
Salt to taste

Arrange vegetables in layers in order given in a buttered 8 inch square pan. Add basil, pepper and salt. Cover tightly with foil. Cook on BBQ grill for about 30 minutes, or until desired doneness. Makes 4 servings.
