CHEESE AND ARTICHOKE PUFFS 
4 baked patty shells
2 (3 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese with chives
3 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
6 drops Worcestershire sauce
4 canned artichoke hearts (large)

Place patty shells on fireproof serving dish. Take out small cut out center. Beat cheese with butter, egg and seasoning. Place spoonful of cheese mixture in bottom of each patty shell. Set an artichoke heart in center and cover with remaining cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes in the upper third of a preheated oven at 475 degrees until cheese filling has puffed slightly and browned on top.
