QUICK BASIL TOMATO SAUCE 
1 can (14 1/2 or 16 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 tsp. garlic powder

Place tomatoes and liquid in blender or food processor bowl fitted with steel blade. Cover and process until almost smooth. Stir in basil and garlic powder. Makes about 2 cups.
