QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 lb. bacon
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese (6 oz.)
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. light cream
Dash of salt, nutmeg & cayenne pepper
1 tsp. chopped onion
Paprika & parsley flakes for on the top

Fry bacon until crisp. Line pie shell with crumbled bacon, grated cheese and onion. In a medium bowl with rotary beater, beat together eggs, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour mixture into pie shell and top with paprika and parsley flakes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
