EASY BEEF MAC | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 c. uncooked sm. elbow macaroni 1/2 c. minced onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper (opt.) 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 c. (or 1 - 15 oz. can) tomato sauce 1 c. water 2-3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Brown beef in skillet; drain. Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir, let stand for 5 minutes with heat off. (I add cheese at this point and make it a "skillet lasagna"!) |
