HAMBURGER MAC - CASSEROLE 
6 oz. elbow macaroni
1-1 1/2 lbs. ground round or chuck
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup
Dash of pepper

Cook macaroni until tender; drain. Brown beef and garlic lightly in skillet, stirring with fork to break up meat. Add soup, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add macaroni and pour into a one-quart dish or baking dish. Mix all together. Sprinkle cheese over top. Add more macaroni then more cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Very good served with Italian bread. Serves 4-5.
