THE BOMB ISLAND GRILLED VENISON | |
1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. red cooking wine 1/2 c. pineapple juice 3 tbsp. crushed pineapple 2 tbsp. lime juice 2 tbsp. orange juice 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. orange zest 3 Tbsp. minced garlic 1/2 finely minced onion 2-3 lb. venison loin or steaks Carefully lay venison in bottom of large marinade dish or bowl. Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat. Cover with plastic wrap. Marinate meat 6-10 hours or to desired length. Heat grill on medium heat and grill meat approx. 8-9 minutes each side, turning accordingly or to desired doneness. Serve while hot. Submitted by: Jenny Buccieri |
