NANCY'S CHICKEN AVOCADO FILLING
FOR PITA
 
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/4 c. raisins
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. diced avocado

Mix together all ingredients in order given. Serve in warmed pita bread.
