HOT DOG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot dogs
4-5 potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Oil
8-10 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced

Fry and brown the onions with the oil and potatoes. While cooking, boil the hot dogs. Cut into 1-inch pieces. After the potatoes are cooked, add the hot dog pieces. (This all can be done ahead!)

When ready to serve, warm the above. Lay the slices of Swiss cheese on top. Cover and melt. Excellent with a salad. Simply delicious! Serves 4 to 5.
