HAM & POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes, frozen
1 sm. onion
1 can milk
1 c. chopped ham
1/2 lb. longhorn cheese
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup

Place 1/2 of potatoes in dish with chopped onion and 1/2 of the shredded cheese, 1/2 of the ham. Sprinkle with salt. Add rest of potatoes, onion, ham and cheese on top. Mix soup with milk and pour over ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or 325 degrees if it bubbles over.
