LASAGNA 
9-10 pieces lasagna
2 lb. ground meat
2 med. onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4-5 bay leaves
Salt & pepper to taste
Dried parsley flakes
12% or 16% approx. mozzarella cheese, sliced
Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 jars Ragu sauce
1 spicy & 1 reg. olive oil

In large pot bring water to a boil. Add salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add lasagna and cook until parboiled. After cooked drain hot water and add cold. Let set until ready for it.

Cover bottom of another deep pot with olive oil. Try onions until soft. Add ground beef and fry until done. (Mix well.) Drain grease. Add parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add Ragu, bay leaf and 1/2 jar water. Bake 15-30 minutes.

In large baking dish, layer meat sauce, grated cheese, mozzarella cheese and top with lasagna. (Should take about 3 strips.) Repeat about 3 times. Finish with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour (covered).
