SALMON SALAD PIE 
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
Unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/3 c. diced celery
1/4 c. sliced green onions
3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Drain and flake salmon. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Arrange broccoli in pie shell., Fold salmon, celery, green onions, eggs, seasonings and cheese into mayonnaise. Spoon salmon mixture over broccoli. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until puffed and delicately golden. Serve warm or chilled, cut in wedges.
