RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
1 bottle Wishbone Russian salad dressing
4 heaping tbsp. peach or apricot preserves
1 env. Lipton onion soup (dry mix)
1/2 c. boiling water
1 chicken, cut up (or 6 to 7 breasts)

Pour boiling water over preserves in a bowl, mix to dissolve preserves. Add dry soup mix and salad dressing. Mix well. Place chicken pieces in a casserole in a single layer. Pour mixture over all. Cover dish. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake for another 30 minutes.
