SPINACH QUICHE 
8 slices of bacon
1 onion
4 beaten eggs
1 c. light cream
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. cheddar cheese

Cook together bacon and onion. Crumb bacon. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pie crust in quiche baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
