WATER-GATE CAKE | |
1 box white cake mix 1 c. Wesson oil 3 eggs 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 box pistachio instant pudding 1 c. club soda or 7-Up Mix all ingredients together good and bake 40 minutes, at 350 degrees. Let cool before icing. TOPPING: 1 1/4 c. cold milk 1 pkg. Dream Whip Beat until forms a peak, add 1 box pistachio instant pudding mix and spread over cake, sprinkle 1 can coconut and 1/2 cup pecans. Refrigerate. |
