HOT CRAB DIP 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 cans crab meat
3 tbsp. salad dressing
1/4 c. onion, grated
1/4 c. milk
Salt, pepper & garlic to taste

Let cream cheese soften. Combine all ingredients and heat. Add sauterne until of dipping consistency. Put in chafing dish with heat and adjust to avoid scorching. Thin with sauterne as needed.

This may be prepared with more or less crab meat or part shrimp if desired.
