CHICKEN - EASIEST EVER 
3 lb. chicken parts
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves

Arrange chicken over bottom of a shallow baking dish. Combine salad dressing, soup mix and preserves. Pour over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender. Makes 6 servings.
