PUMPKIN PIE 
4 c. steamed & strained pumpkin (or 1 lb. 13 oz. can)
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. powdered cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2-3 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. scalded milk (or part cream)

Combine and bake at 350 degrees for almost 1 hour.
