2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients in blender, except coconut. Fold in coconut after blending. Pour in greased pie pan and let stand 5 minutes. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand for about 10 minutes before cutting.
