ZUCCHINI BARS AND FROSTING 
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. coconut
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix, put in 2 greased 9 by 12 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

FROSTING:

3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk
Dash salt

Add sugar last. If needed, more milk 1 teaspoon at a time. Enough for both pans.
