CRAB DIP 
1 lb. backfin crabmeat
6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients with fork. Turn into a 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with extra cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with crackers or party bread.
