1 stick softened butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour

Mix together. Press in 9x13 pan or 2 pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix together and spread over crust. chocolate pudding 3 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together and spread over above layer. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Decorate with chocolate curls or mini chips.
