ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICHES 
3 to 4 lb. lean roast beef
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. coarse black pepper
5 bay leaves
Dash of garlic
5 tbsp. lemon juice
2 whole cloves

Cook all together for 4 hours or until tender. Last 30 minutes, add 1 (12 ounce) pepperocini (Vlasic brand). Shred up meat and serve on sour dough buns or any kind you like.
