JIFFY CHERRY SALAD | |
16 graham crackers, crushed 1/2 c. butter, melted 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. whipped cream 1 c. powdered sugar 1 can cherry pie filling Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into bottom of a 9 inch square pan, reserving some for the topping. Cream sugar and cream cheese. Combine sugar mixture and whipped cream; spread over cracker crust. Pour cherries over the top of the mixture; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Chill. Cut in squares and serve. |
