FRICCADILLIES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
2 slices bread, crumbled
1 c. milk
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pepper (to taste)

Combine meat, eggs, bread and milk. Spoon into flour (which has been seasoned with salt and pepper) by heaping tablespoonsful. Flatten into patties and roll in flour. Brown in skillet that has been lightly greased. Remove from skillet and pour off excess grease. Add mushroom soup and water. Stir to make gravy. Return meat patties to gravy. They can be simmered on top of the stove or baked for about 25 minutes.
