FROSTED SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
1 c. peaches, cut up
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 lg. bananas, sliced

Mix together Jello and water; chill until partially set. Add peaches, marshmallows, and bananas. Chill until set and frost with topping prepared in the meantime.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. peach juice, drained from peaches
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipped topping

Combine, stir, and cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons butter and let cool. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over set Jello and sprinkle with nuts.
