1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. pecans, chopped
1 box instant French vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 bar German's chocolate, grated
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

Mix all ingredients in cake mix and combine well. Pour in greased and floured tube pan or 9 x 13 inch pan; bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Ice cooled cake.
