CHICKEN PAELLA 
1 chicken
1 can tomato paste
1 med. head of garlic
1 sweet red pepper
6 boiled lg. shrimps with shells
10 shelled clams, boiled in 2 c. water
3/4 c. Mazola oil
2 lg. onions
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. canned, drained peas
2 c. rice
2 crabs, boiled and quartered

Clean chicken and cut into serving pieces. Fry in oil and set aside. Boil clams and set aside with the liquid. Partially cook the rice. Saute garlic, onions and chicken. Add the tomato paste, paprika, sweet pepper and the water from the clams. Add the rice and simmer to completely cook the rice and the liquid almost evaporated. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to cook over low heat until all the liquid has evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
