BLEU CHEESE AND GARLIC CHICKEN 
3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
Salt and pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. Bleu cheese, crumbled
4 to 5 cloves garlic, mashed

Place chicken parts in shallow baking dish and salt and pepper lightly. Mix sour cream, garlic and cheese until well blended. Spoon over chicken. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with sauce over brown rice or pasta.
