1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 oz. bar of German sweet chocolate, grated
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, water and oil and beat well. Fold in grated chocolate and chocolate chips. Pour into well greased Bundt pan or 10" tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
