PINEAPPLE COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow (pudding in the mix) cake mix
3/4 c. pineapple juice (from crushed pineapple)
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
3 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple

Combine cake mix, pineapple juice, oil and eggs and beat well. Then add coconut, pineapple and pecans. Mix well and pour into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 tsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
2/3 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth and spread over cooled cake and top with coconut and nuts.
