APPLE NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil (Crisco)
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. apples, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. sugar (white)
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs until light in color. Beat in sugar gradually until light and fluffy. Mix apples with oil. Fold dry ingredients into apples, fold egg mixture into apples. Add walnuts and vanilla. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes depending on oven. Bake until golden brown and apples are cooked. Test with cake tester.
