PEPPERONI CRESCENT HORS
D'OEUVRES
 
3 pkg. Pillsbury crescent roll mix
3/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
2 (6-8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 egg to brush top before baking

Use 9 x 13 inch well greased pan. Spread 1 crescent roll on bottom of pan, layer 1/2 pepperoni and cheese, another layer of crescent roll, the rest of the pepperoni and cheese and top with last crescent roll mix. Brush with beaten egg. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
