CHICKEN FLORENTINE 
6 pieces boneless chicken
1 lg. can mushrooms
12 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Garlic powder
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
1 lb. boiled ham
1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
Butter

Clean and cut chicken into small pieces. Fry in melted butter. Add garlic powder to taste. Squeeze and drain spinach and mushrooms. Mix together in large casserole dish, chicken, spinach, mushrooms and shredded Mozzarella. Chop ham into small pieces. Add ham and grated cheese to casserole dish. Mix well. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour. Serve with rice or noodles. Serves 6 to 8 people.
