TOASTED PECANS 
1 tsp. cold water
1 egg white
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. lg. pecan halves

Beat water and egg white with mixer until frothy. Mix well with pecan halves. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt, and add to pecan mixture. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for one hour, stirring occasionally.
