TOASTED PECANS 
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 c. pecan halves
Salt to taste

Pour melted butter over pecans, stirring to coat well. Arrange pecans in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 250 to 275 degrees for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cool on paper towels and store in air tight container.
