BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup or mushrooms
1 chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 c. American cheese
Grated Ritz cracker crumbs for topping

Mix with small amount of melted butter. Cook broccoli as directed. Heat soup in pan. Add onions, egg and cheese. Pour over cooked broccoli. Add crumbs on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
