8 oz. can crushed pineapple in its own juice, undrained
3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant coconut pudding & pie filling
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; process 30 seconds. (If using blender, stir after 15 seconds.) Refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit. 2 1/2 cups.

PINEAPPLE BOAT: For an impressive and easy presentation, dips like Pina Colada Fruit Dip can be served in a pineapple boat. To make a pineapple boat, cut a pineapple in half lengthwise, cutting through the green top. Using a small, sharp knife like a grapefruit knife, remove the fruit from the rinds of both halves without piercing it. Remove the core; cut the fruit removed into 1" chunks. Set one pineapple boat aside to use as a replacement during serving, if needed. Spoon the dip into the other and place it on a large platter. Arrange clusters of fresh fruit (such as grapes, cherries, cantaloupe wedges, pineapple chunks and honeydew balls) around the pineapple boat.
