CHICKEN DIVAN | |
3/4 lb. boned skinned chicken, cut into pieces 2 tbsp. oil 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Birds Eye deluxe broccoli florets 1 c. chicken broth 2 tbsp. sherry wine 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. Minute rice Grated Parmesan cheese Brown the chicken in the oil until cooked, about 5 minutes. Add the broth, wine, broccoli and soup; bring to a boil. Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings. Cuisine In Microwave: For these recipes use a 2 quart nonmetal dish that can be covered. For measures, use the matching recipe on this package. Chicken Divan: Cook chicken with 1 tablespoon butter, in place of oil, at high power for 3 minutes, stirring once midway. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook at high power 6 minutes. Let stand 5 more minutes. |
