1 devil's food cake mix with pudding
1 egg
1 stick butter (softened)
1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet mini-chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix with egg and butter. Press firmly into 9 x 13 inch pan.

Press chips and nuts into cake mix mixture.

TOPPING:

2 eggs (beaten)
12 oz. softened cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar

Mix together and beat well. Pour over cake.
